創(chuàng)作背景

瑪麗亞·凱莉于1994年中期開始攜手華特·亞凡瑟夫構(gòu)思《All I Want for Christmas Is You》，在創(chuàng)作過程中，瑪麗亞·凱莉?yàn)椴东@靈感，用飾品裝點(diǎn)錄音室。果不其然，瑪麗亞·凱莉開始精神抖擻，有信心能領(lǐng)悟到圣誕的真諦，傳遞出真情實(shí)感。隨后，耗時(shí)一刻鐘完成了歌曲的結(jié)構(gòu)和主旋律。
